The Fishsionary is the main antagonist in "Fishy Business". She is a purple female fish who manipulated the three Sea Judges and the Octopus into arresting the Bagges for crimes against fish. Afterwards, she lived in the Bagge Farmhouse, watching television and indulging in other "non-civilized behavior". She was later exposed by Courage, arrested, and sentenced to The Bowl to be "re-civilized".
