Kate Micucci (born March 31, 1980) is an American actress, comedian and musician. She provided the voice of Velma Dinkley and Velma's Tablet on Straight Outta Nowhere: Scooby-Doo! Meets Courage the Cowardly Dog.

She was hired to voice Velma Dinkley for the Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! TV series, subsequently replacing Mindy Cohn in all forms of other media.
She is known for her most voice-over roles on animated series such as Tiny in Rio 2, Stephanie Gooch in Scrubs, Shelley in Raising Hope, Lucy in The Big Bang Theory, Sadie Miller in Steven Universe, Sara Murphy in Milo Murphy's Law, Daisy in Nature Cat, Irma and Rook in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012 series), Roxy in Regular Show, Tiffany in Turbo: F.A.S.T., Clayface in The Lego Batman Movie, Webby Vanderquack in DuckTales (2017 series), and Dr. Fox in Unikitty!.
