Katherine Elaine Soucie is an American voice actress on Courage the Cowardly Dog. She has had numerous roles in cartoons, examples being Fifi La Fume in Tiny Toon Adventures, Phil, Lil and Betty DeVille in Rugrats, Dexter's Mom in Dexter's Laboratory, Miriam Pataki in Hey Arnold! and Cubert Farnsworth in Futurama.
In Courage, she voiced Little Muriel in the episode of the same name.
