King Buffo's Advisor is a minion of King Buffo. He wears large purple glasses and speaks in an intelligent manner. His skin is green and bumpy, much like other Bullfrogs. He appeared in "Feast of the Bullfrogs", alongside Bluff and the whole group of other bullfrogs. He is the smallest member of the bullfrogs.

In "Feast of the Bullfrogs", a group of bullfrogs and their leader are on the lookout for a new pond, since their old home has been dried out of water. The frogs come upon the Bagge's house and they invade the home to earn a new pond. More and more bullfrogs hop in the home as their leader and bodyguard bust through the door. King Buffo, the leader of the bullfrogs, orders Muriel, Eustace and Courage to "Dig pond! Now!" Muriel responds with "What?!" King Buffo's Advisor is then sent in front of the trio to thoroughly explain what Buffo wants them to do.
After Eustace and Muriel are toppled by frogs after talking back, King Buffo orders Courage to dig a pond. Courage stands still, shaking in fear. The Advisor shoves Courage and says "You dig dog?" Courage begins to dig a hole as all the bullfrogs watch.
He is defeated by Courage along with Bluff and the other bullfrogs.
