The main antagonist of the episode of the same name, he is a single-appearance antagonist, and the last to show up in the cartoon's opening.
A plump man with oblong head, wide smile and dark eyelids, the King of Flan seems to be always smiling widely. He can be seen as an obese, short man with bright-red hair, thin limbs and crooked teeth, wearing an olive shirt with checkered vest in purple and pink with a matching bowtie and bright-red pants with black shoes.
Evil by nature, he seems to speak in a calm, slow tune, especially when hypnotizing his victims. He never seems to loose his temper, or even his smile, anyway. He is only seen terrified when falling through the floors of his building with his giant billboard screen.
