The Mayor of Nowhere is the top official of Nowhere, along with his advisor Floyd. He appears in "Dr. Zalost's Tower" trying to stop Dr. Zalost's attack.
History[]
Dr. Zalost is first seen talking to the Mayor of Nowhere, demanding $33 and a third million for his Unhappy Canyon project. The mayor and his adviser laugh, and Zalost threatens to use Nowhere as research if they don't pay, which would make citizens "very... discontented." The mayor responds by saying that they were already unhappy due to the recent tax increase, and tells Zalost that if he tries to cheat them again, they will lock him up in jail before kicking him out.
As if threatened, Zalost unleashes the cannonballs in Nowhere, leaving everyone except the mayor and his advisor too depressed to move. The mayor later gives in to Zalost's demands, but Zalost refuses to reverse the effect, as the money failed to make him happy.
