The Violin Girl is a minor antagonist seen in "Courage in the Big Stinkin' City". She is in one of the rooms in Schwick's apartment complex that Courage enters to find the evil package (containing a squeegee) that Schwick wanted. The first door contained King Ghidorah from the Godzilla film series, the second one contained a shark, and the third door contained what looked like a normal blonde girl with her back turned to Courage with a violin playing soothing music. But when she turned around, she revealed a huge scary face with flying hair, a mouth with widely spaced teeth, and buggy bloodshot eyeballs.
She later appears on Schwick's television, but with a normal face.

Trivia
- She makes a brief cameo via stock footage in the Villainous episode "Boo-lldozing" as one of the things behind a door that rotates through every room in the haunted house.
- It is possible she made the scary face so she could get Courage to let her practice her violin uninterrupted.
- If this theory is true, then she is similar to Raven from Teen Titans, who has also made a scary face to intimidate others into obeying her.
- Her scene is widely considered as one of the scariest in the show, along with the bugle from "Perfect" (You're not perfect!) and King Ramses.
- According to John R. Dilworth, her scene was based on the scene with Large Marge from the 1985 Tim Burton movie Pee Wee's Big Adventure. Dilworth also states she was based on a girl who was friendly with the studio.
- Some fans have speculated that she is the creature behind the mousehole in Schwick's rehearsal room, but the fact that the two buildings are not connected, are very far away, and the mousehole is too small debunks the theory.
- Her appearance looks similar to Helga Pataki from Hey Arnold!
