William's Meat & Salami is the name of a meat shop seen in Cajun Granny Stew. Courage steals a piece of salami from the store in order to use as a weapon to convince the fox to give up Muriel. When the fox shrugs after Courage asks her where she is, he whacks the Cajun Fox with the salami piece, revealing Muriel resting on his tongue.
When Courage steals the salami from the store, the clerk, presumably William, yells "Hey there dog! What you want? Hey! Come back here with that salami!"
